Due to health and safety reasons, NO RETURNS are accepted on opened bottles.
Refunds may be issued on unopened bottles, however RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF CONFIRMATION OF RETURN. All returns must be shipped via the same method the package was sent to you and is the responsibility of the customer . Return postage will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns at all on any single Trial Packs and the Quad Pack.
If a package is refused or returned to sender, a refund will be issued (minus the cost of shipping) once the package is received.
*All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

You may expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receiving the return package; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Our DTES Customer Service Team will notify you of your refund via email once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

International Refunds: Some, depending on country/region International orders can take every bit of a month to arrive or longer. We will not process any international refunds until the order is received by the customer, it is their responsibility to ship it back, at the cost of the receiver/customer and tracking information must be provided to us.
