The amount of calories you take in on a daily basis could be why your either gaining weight or not losing the weight fast enough. If you consume less calories than the amount of calories your body burns, you will store less body fat and lose, not gain weight. A quick way to calculate your calorie type is to take your weight and times it by 8 then add 200 (Ex. 133 x 8 = 1064 + 200 = 1264). 1500 or lower - You are a low calorie type and by consuming 1500 or less daily calories you should see the weight come off more easily. 1500 - 1800 - You are a medium calorie type and by consuming 1800 calories or less you should see the weight come off more easily. 1800 or higher - You are a high calorie type and by consuming at least 1800 daily calories you should see the weight come off more easily. Ok well that was easy, now the hard part is actually following through and not everyone wants to count their daily calories or take the time to find out what every little thing you put in your mouth equals out to. There are some great apps out there to help make it easier to count calories..
