My skinny isn't your skinny...

I want to start this post off by clarifying that I don’t think I’m fat. However, I know I’m not stick thin. And that’s fine... I am a 45 yr old mother of 4 and my goal is to remain at a healthy weight that is on the slimmer side :). We all have different goals for ourselves, just like we all come in different shapes and sizes.. so naturally our goals wouldn't be the same right?

As for the gym.. been there, tried it.. not something I just fell in love doing like it is for so many and I am really busy so I really can’t find the time in my day to go.. is this an excuse, well maybe. hehe.. I do however acknowledge the fact that we should eat foods that are good for us and exercise is definitely important and encouraged, I am just saying there is a reason come Jan 1st, gym memberships go way up and then come March come tumbling down. For those of you that have this discipline.. I commend you to the fullest!

Food.. I Love it, I enjoy it, no ands, ifs or buts about it!  I like everything carbs it seems. And alcohol.. on occasion. I came to the conclusion a log time ago that.. I just love everything that is not the greatest for my body, weight and goal of staying on the slimmer side.

Being in the weight loss industry I hear all to often words like discipline and exercise.. these come easy for some but not all of us. After baby #4, those type of words went out the door and all I saw was my belly looking like I was on baby #5. I kept the weight off for a long while and before I knew it, I was gaining weight little by little so I began my search for a new supplement to give me that help that I so desperately needed and that my customers needed (by this point I had began selling these products). Some were full of promise but no real results, not what I needed to tackle my LOVE for food and overindulging.
