The occasional drink or if you drink in moderation, that's fine, just think about your goals and what you want to achieve and then make your own decision. I personally am not nuch of a drinker, and when I do it is in a social setting maybe every few months and not any more than that so my weight loss results will differ from someone that drinks more often.
