Feature Presentation.. Get Ready To Scream!
As the years pass, every October we binge watch scary movies both new and old. Movie night isn't movie night without snacks all within arms reach of you and the couch, Am I right? Screams & Snacks go hand in hand. Snacks like warm buttery popcorn, chocolate in all forms, chips, or even a couple pizzas.. and if your watching with friends or family, snacks might be all of those things. I don't recall ever watching a scary movie without having something to snack on while cuddling under a warm blanket.
It's SNACK Time!
Those snacks are what I call "mindless calories" calories we consume without giving it a second thought. Calories that add up and add up real quick. These are snacks that you just can't pass up.. at least thats what you tell yourself. These are snacks that lead to the extra pounds you are about to put on this fall season. Movie night, Halloween candy, Tailgating, Thanksgiving all things to give into this fall season.
BUT do you have to really give into weight gain? No You Don't.. Simply Skinny to the rescue yet again!
